There has been a real, measurable 'erosion' of Trust by the pharmaceutical industry. The future health is a series of changes that will better align the industry with the needs of the patients. The efficiency and effectiveness with which they work through research and development ultimately has to make measurable difference in the lives of the patients, because that's what it's all about. that's how trust is restored.
